If the idea is a proprietary idea, you do not have to give away your idea. For example, you will be able to be vague about the idea when discussing it with us. For example, you may need the capital for a new website and can discuss that fact without the need to disclose specific information to the public about your idea.
The final idea can be discussed with a possible Investor once any and all confidentiality agreements have been signed between all parties.
